Directions:
For symptons of Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Poor Circulation, Body Aches, Rotator Cuff, Carpal Tunnel, and Sports Injuries - Apply twice daily for 1 to 2 weeks to affected area and massage well.
For Sore & Burning Feet, Gout, Heel Spurs, and Planters Fasciitis - For best results soak foot in warm water twice daily and apply oil directly to troubled area. Massage in well.
